Refund policy

At Enigmatic Anemoia, every product is made-to-order just for you. Because of this, we do not keep inventory and cannot accept returns for buyer’s remorse, wrong size/color choice, or other preference-based reasons.

However, we want you to love what you receive. If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, we will make it right.

How to Report an Issue

  • Please contact us within 10 days of delivery at info@enigmoia.com with your order number and clear photos showing the problem.

What Happens Next

  • Once we’ve reviewed and approved your claim, we will work with our print partner to provide a replacement at no additional cost to you.

  • In rare cases where a replacement cannot be provided, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

  • You will not need to return the defective item — photo proof is sufficient.

Exchanges

Since all items are made-to-order, we cannot offer exchanges for buyer-preference reasons such as size, color, or design.

Please note: This does not affect orders that arrive damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect. Those issues are handled separately under our How to Report an Issue and What Happens Next sections, and we will provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Wrong size, color, or design ordered

  • Buyer’s remorse / change of mind

  • Gift cards, digital products, or sale items

  • Perishable goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • We cannot accept returns or exchanges due to fit differences or appearance variations shown on model images

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or credit card company to post the funds.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Important Note on Color

Colors may appear slightly different in person than on screen due to monitor settings and the printing process.
